What happens if you can't make a course you've booked, if you miss a lesson, or if you want to end your membership.

Course fees
Non-refundable once the course has started. Before it starts we'll try to find someone to take your place, though we can't promise we will.
A lesson you miss
Can't be rescheduled or refunded. You can usually catch up in the next lesson, though the first few and last few matter most.
A lesson we cancel
We reschedule it for another date.
Membership
One month's written notice. Leaving inside your minimum commitment carries an early termination fee.
Once your course has started, fees are non-refundable. Each course has a set schedule of lessons, of which the dates are listed in the course listings on our website.
If you are no longer able to attend your course, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Before a course starts we can try to find another person to take over your place, and if we do, we'll refund you in full. We can't promise we'll find someone, so the earlier you tell us the better the chance.
On most courses, you should be able to catch up in your next lesson.
The first few and last few lessons are the most crucial, because that's when you'll learn how to get started and when you'll finish your projects. It's important not to miss these.
Our courses are structured in weekly progressing steps, so it is imperative that you are sure that you can attend all course dates before you book a course. It is not possible to reschedule a missed lesson to another date. We do not have spare places on any of our courses.
This same policy applies to lessons missed due to illness.
In the event that we have to cancel a lesson, we will reschedule the lesson on a different date.
It is not possible to substitute, reschedule or partially refund any missed lessons due to circumstances out of Turning Earth's control.

Membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. It is not possible to refund or partially refund fees covering a period of membership that has already expired or that is expiring at a future date.
Pay Monthly membership contracts can be cancelled by giving the studio written notice at least one month in advance of the billing date.
An early termination fee applies. It's worked out as the difference between what you've paid so far and what you would have paid on the closest matching shorter contract, so you keep the discount you actually earned and give back the part you didn't.
